SEASON PASS
TERMS OF SERVICE
(Preferred & VIP Season Passes)
Effective Date: [Insert Date]
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the Preferred and VIP Season Passes (“Season Pass”). By purchasing a Season Pass, you agree to the following terms.
1. Overview
The Season Pass is a season-based membership providing access to up to five (5) Mainstage Shows during the Member’s individual Membership Term (defined below).
Season Passes are offered in two payment options:
Annual Plan (paid in full)
Quarterly Plan (four installment payments)
A Season Pass is a seasonal commitment. It is not a cancel-anytime or month-to-month subscription.
2. Season Definition & Membership Term
2.1 Definition of “Season”
For purposes of the Season Pass, a “Season” refers to the series of Mainstage Shows produced by the Company during the twelve (12) month period beginning on the Member’s date of purchase.
A Season is defined by the Member’s rolling twelve (12) month Membership Term and is not tied to a calendar year (January–December) or a fixed public production schedule.
2.2 Membership Term
The Season Pass is valid for twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of purchase (“Membership Term”).
During this Membership Term, the Member may redeem up to five (5) Mainstage Shows, subject to availability and the earning structure outlined below.
Any unused shows expire at the conclusion of the Membership Term and do not roll over.
2.3 Rolling Enrollment
Season Passes may be purchased at any time.
Upon purchase, a Member may immediately reserve at least one (1) eligible upcoming Mainstage Show, subject to availability within their seating tier.
3. Shows
A full Season Pass includes up to five (5) Mainstage Shows during the Membership Term.
Shows:
Must be reserved in advance
Are subject to availability within the eligible seating tier
Have no cash value
Expire at the end of the Membership Term
If fewer than five Mainstage Shows are scheduled during the Membership Term, the Company may offer alternate redemption options at its discretion.
4. Payment Options
4.1 Annual Plan
Members paying annually receive access to all five (5) shows immediately upon purchase.
4.2 Quarterly Plan
The Quarterly Plan is a structured installment plan for the full seasonal commitment.
By selecting the Quarterly Plan:
The Member agrees to four (4) scheduled automatic payments
The Member commits to the full seasonal amount
This is not a cancel-anytime subscription
5. Quarterly Earning & Booking Structure
Under the Quarterly Plan, Members commit to the full seasonal amount at the time of purchase. Because the Quarterly Plan is not a cancel-anytime subscription, Members may reserve any of their five (5) Mainstage Shows at any time during their Membership Term, subject to availability.
All four scheduled payments remain due regardless of the timing of show reservations or attendance.
If a Member fails to complete required quarterly payments, the Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel future reservations and deny entry to upcoming shows until the account is brought current. Any unpaid remaining balance may become immediately due.
6. Payment Commitment & Account Default (Quarterly Plan)
6.1 Seasonal Commitment
The Quarterly Plan is a payment installment option for a full Season Pass. By enrolling in the Quarterly Plan, the Member commits to the full seasonal amount at the time of purchase.
Quarterly Plans may not be canceled mid-term. All four scheduled payments remain due regardless of the timing of reservations or attendance.
No refunds will be issued for payments already made.
6.2 Failed or Missed Payments
If a scheduled quarterly payment fails, is declined, or is not completed for any reason:
The Company may suspend future reservations until the account is brought current
Entry to upcoming Mainstage Shows may be denied until payment is resolved
The remaining unpaid balance may become immediately due
If a Member has already attended shows prior to a payment default, the Company reserves the right to charge the standard retail ticket price for those attended shows if the account is not brought current.
This structure ensures that installment payments correspond to the full seasonal commitment.
7. Reservation Requirements
All Members must reserve seating in advance.
Reservations:
Are subject to availability within the eligible seating tier
Close prior to performance as determined by the Company
Do not guarantee entry without confirmed reservation
Unreserved shows do not guarantee seating if a performance sells out.
8. Missed Shows
If a Member cannot attend a reserved performance:
Advance notice is required to reschedule
Missed shows without notice are forfeited
No refunds or credits will be issued
The Company may, at its discretion, allow limited rescheduling within the Membership Term.
9. Tier Inclusions
Preferred and VIP tiers include designated seating access and food & beverage inclusions as advertised at time of purchase.
Food and beverage inclusions:
Apply only when a valid show entitlement is redeemed
Do not duplicate beyond the number of earned shows
Have no cash value
Flex Credits or replacement reservations do not automatically include additional food and beverage items unless explicitly stated.
10. Transfers
Members may transfer individual show reservations to a guest with advance notice.
Season Passes themselves may not be resold, transferred, or assigned.
11. Show Changes or Cancellations
If a Mainstage Show is rescheduled, reservations will transfer automatically to the new date.
If a show is canceled and not rescheduled, the Company may offer a replacement show or alternate credit at its discretion.
12. No Automatic Renewal
Season Passes do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated at time of purchase.
13. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms for future Membership Terms. Material reductions in benefits will not apply retroactively to active Members during their current Membership Term.
