Simplified Terms & Conditions

  • A Season Pass Ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

  • Each membership includes five (5) core Mainstage shows during the member’s 12‑month membership term

  • Members may join at any time during the year and will still receive five eligible show reservations starting from the date of purchase, regardless of when the season calendar begins

  • All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to seating availability within the member’s tier

  • Season Passes are a seasonal commitment and are not a cancel‑anytime subscription

  • Quarterly plans are installment payments toward the full seasonal pass and all scheduled payments remain due

  • Food, beverage, and dessert inclusions apply only when a valid show reservation is redeemed and have no cash value

  • Individual reservations may be transferred to a guest with advance notice, but Season Passes themselves may not be resold or transferred

  • Unused shows expire at the end of the 12‑month membership term

  • Additional tickets may be purchased separately, subject to availability
